Who is the Kiwanis All Ford Day?
The Kiwanis Club of Geelong Inc:
Operates and conducts the event, and is responsible for the planning, organization, operation, finances and control of the event. The Kiwanis Club of Geelong is not affiliated with any political, religious or sectarian organisation.
Kiwanis is part of a World Wide Community Service Organisation, formed in 1915.
The Kiwanis Club of Geelong Inc was formed in 1972.
We are a group of dedicated volunteers who raise finances and perform Community Projects, especially for those in the community who are less fortunate, in particular those with disabilities, especially the young and the elderly.
The Kiwanis Club of Geelong Inc, meets on Second & Fourth Tuesdays at Buckleys Entertainment Centre, Fellmongers Road, Breakwater, at 6.30 PM for 7PM.
The Kiwanis All Ford Day is the major fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club of Geelong Inc; all profits are donated to Geelong charities, Community Projects and other needy causes including:
- Salvation Army & Concern Food Parcels
- Christmas Adopt- a -Family Program
- Iodine Deficiency Disorder Project
- Blue Light Discos for the Disabled
- Barwon Region Special Olympics
- High School Scholarships
- Junior Golf Championships
- Noah's Ark Toy Library
